] Ride-sharing app, Shohoz, which aims to be a ‘Super App’ for Bangladesh, has launched its food delivery service today at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka. While the beta version was operational two months back, the press conference marks the official launch. The event was attended by Shohoz’s brand ambassador, renowned cricketer, Taskin Ahmed.
Shohoz food delivery service differentiates itself by its breadth of restaurant choice and quality of delivery. It has already signed up over 1,000 restaurants around Dhaka city, promising to reach 2,000 by May 2019. 1000+ delivery men have been trained and equipped with proper outfits and special thermal delivery bags to ensure delivery quality. Currently, covering all of Dhaka Metropolitan Area, Chattogram will be launched in April 2019. Shohoz promises a 40-minute delivery time.

During the press conference, Shohoz exhibited the live App usage and showed its simplicity to order food from the restaurants.
With the Official Launch Shohoz Food, they also exhibited a new campaign video to the media, called ‘Matha Noshto Food Fest’. After a successful campaign of Burger Fest, Shohoz will start this campaign from March 13 and will continue until March 19, 2019. During the campaign period, the app users will be able to enjoy upto 50% discount on orders from participating restaurants (T&C applicable), apart from free delivery while they choose their desired meal from 1,000 restaurants and 30,000 items. The minimum order value is set at a very low price of BDT 50. The campaign will only be available through Shohoz app.
The app which is very intuitive and easy to navigate will be available at both the Android Play Store and iOS App store.
